I'm Emma Allsop, Founder and Principal Advisor at Arc & Compass Advisory.
Throughout my career, I've partnered with organisations navigating complex challenges—from strategic planning and organisational transformation to service improvement, governance and business excellence. Working across local government and complex operational environments has given me firsthand experience balancing
competing priorities, limited resources and the realities of delivering meaningful change.
What sets my approach apart is simple: I don't believe strategy should end with a report. I work alongside clients to turn ideas into action, helping organisations not only define the right direction but also build the capability, confidence and momentum to deliver lasting results.
